FamilyTHINK Tiers, Products, and Pricing

This pricing model reflects an updated and simplified approach to FamilyTHINK services. Each offering is clearly defined to create consistency across client experiences, internal processes, and long-term planning. Pricing is designed to be transparent, predictable, and aligned with the level of time, analysis, and guidance provided.

FamilyTHINK services are built on a standard rate of $75 per hour. This rate serves as the foundation for all time-based services, assessments, and bundled offerings. Some services are priced as flat fees when the scope and time commitment are consistent, while others are based on time units to allow flexibility and customization.

This structure ensures clients understand what they are receiving, how time is applied, and how different services work together to support clarity, growth, and long-term progress.

Clients complete a 125-question assessment. The cost covers assessment creation and development, computational logic, survey engine fees, and ongoing maintenance.

One-on-one or group discussions focused on assessment results, clarity, and next steps. Consultations may occur at any point in the process.

This service is separate from consultation and involves in-depth review and analysis of assessment data. Advanced interpretation incorporating validation data is reserved for Tier 3 and Tier 4, providing a higher level of insight and differentiation.

Tier 1 and Tier 2 focus on pillar scores and life cycle placement.
Tier 3 and Tier 4 expand into validation, reasoning patterns, decision-making processes, and long-term growth toward significance and leadership during transition.

Recommended SMART goals are created based on assessment results.
This service is included in Tier 3 and Tier 4.

Tier 1 and Tier 2 may purchase this service à la carte.

Tier 3 and Tier 4 include one SMART goal per pillar.

A flexible execution map built from SMART goals, showing where the client is, where they are going, and how to move forward based on timelines they define.

A guided self-review process aligned with SMART goals and the custom road map. Clients submit weekly reflections that are stored and may contribute to the development of the Book of “You (coming Fall 2027!).”
