Hi, I'm Steven Ray
As mentioned in What Led to the Idea of FamilyTHINK, this didn’t start later in life. It began when I was a little boy. I’ve been married since 2002 and I’m a father of 5. Over the years, I noticed gaps in my family across the four pillars of wealth. We simply had different ideas of what success looked like. As I got older, my focus became simple: close those gaps.
Then I realized something. If I could work on my own life and help my children do the same, what about my siblings, parents, grandchildren, and future generations? Could I close gaps today that would impact people I may never meet?
That question led me to create FamilyTHINK. At its core, FamilyTHINK helps people assess where they are, close the gaps in their lives, and learn to live at a high level. From there, the focus shifts to thinking generationally and passing it on. You become the bridge connecting those before you to those after you.
Along the way, I've had the opportunity to work in a variety of industries, each teaching me something different about people, systems, leadership, and growth:

As I’ve built FamilyTHINK, I’ve realized there’s more to my story than just family. As my children have gotten older, I’ve had the opportunity to reconnect with some of the interests and passions that have shaped me throughout my life.

Significance Assessment
The FamilyTHINK Significance Assessment is designed to help individuals and families understand where they are today and identify what may be preventing them from operating at their highest level. The goal is simple: reveal the gaps, create a plan, and begin closing them with intention and confidence.
FamilyTHINK
FamilyTHINK was created to help individuals and families learn how to live at a high level and think more intentionally about future generations. Through the Significance Assessment, the FamilyTHINK Significance Journey, educational resources, community opportunities, and member tools, FamilyTHINK provides a framework for identifying gaps, creating a plan for growth, and building toward generational significance.
Real Estate Investor
Real estate investing is one of my primary interests. In 2022, I purchased my first rental property and sold it in 2024. The experience taught me a great deal, and I'm currently working toward building my resources to pursue future investment opportunities.
Realtor
Real estate is one of the areas I enjoy helping people navigate. While my license is currently on hold during the school year, I plan to return to active practice in Summer 2026. Welcome to my music journey. Music has been a creative outlet for many years, and this page includes songs I've produced, projects where I've served as a lead vocalist, background vocalist, and music producer, along with photos and memories from my former studio.
