About the owner and founder

What started as a dream as a 4-year-old little boy has evolved into what is now FamilyTHINK. I’ve been married since 2002 and I’m a father of five. Over the years, I noticed gaps in my family across the four pillars of wealth. We simply had different ideas of what success looked like. As I got older, my focus became simple: close those gaps.

Then I realized something. If I could work on my own life and help my children do the same, what about my siblings, parents, grandchildren, and future generations? Could I close gaps today that would impact people I may never meet?

That question led me to create FamilyTHINK. At its core, FamilyTHINK helps people assess where they are, close the gaps in their lives, and learn to live at a high level. From there, the focus shifts to thinking generationally and passing it on. You become the bridge connecting those before you to those after you.

I’ve seen that idea show up in my own life. My grandfather died when I was five. I knew he was a musician, but only recently learned that he was also a painter. It made me wonder what might have been possible if, as a Black man in the 1940s and 1950s, he had been afforded the opportunity to build a painting business. Maybe today I’d simply be continuing something he started. One can imagine, right?

Instead, I have an opportunity to build something now that someone after me may one day continue.

Along the way, I've worked in a variety of industries, each teaching me something different about people, systems, leadership, service, and growth:

Painting itself isn't new for me. Over roughly six years, I’ve accumulated more than three years of painting experience, including summers working with teams of 10–12 people throughout our school system. I've painted everything from a single bathroom to entire gyms from a lift 30 feet in the air. No matter the size of the project, my approach is the same: do the work with excellence.

In Fall 2026, I'm expanding that experience through Corinne Glenn Properties Paint Services. Interior painting is one of the ways I serve homeowners and build relationships in my community. It also naturally complements my work in real estate and creates opportunities for the kinds of conversations that eventually became FamilyTHINK.

As my children have gotten older, I’ve also had the opportunity to reconnect with other interests and passions that have shaped me throughout my life.
