I chose the paint colors and did the painting myself. I hired a contractor to expand the kitchen and install drywall, then I finished the space. A team of electricians added the ceiling fan since there had been no light fixture in the room, and my real estate agent handled the staging.

I installed the lights, updated the cabinet pulls, and painted both the walls and cabinets. I also laid down the stick-on flooring my realtor picked out. This space has come a long way for sure.

In the bathroom, I installed the shower tile and laid the same stick-on vinyl flooring used in the kitchen for a consistent look. I updated the mirror, painted the walls and cabinet, and had a plumber replace the tub and shower fixture.
